We have received some feedback that the button comes off when the inner hood is pulled too fast especially when it is pulled from the cloth.
This happens because even though both button and inner hood are made of high quality material, the heavier button may pull on the light weighted cloth especially if there is too much force applied.
In order to prevent the button from coming off from your Prayer Parka, please release the button while holding on to the metal part of both lower and upper buttons, instead of pulling from the cloth directly.
Our buttons were chosen because of their high quality, hence if you use this method of detaching you can ensure that it will last through the entire lifespan of your Prayer Parka™.
If the button snaps off, you may counter it with sewing another snap button of lighter weight over the missing button.
